The December 2022 area real estate stats are in. Even though the total number of properties sold is down significantly, prices have stabilized, but are holding strong. The total inventory is up although it’s still historically very low compared to other years. Prices are still in a seller’s favor, but buyers are finding a few more choices than earlier this year which leads to less competition and more negotiation.
